A 12-year-old woman died after ingesting a milkshake made in an unwashed blender at a restaurant in south-east London.
Mia St Hilaire had a tree nut allergic reaction and had a serious response after her order used to be believed to comprise strains of hazelnuts and almonds from a prior milkshake made in the similar gadget on the Pop Inn Cafe on Southwark Park Highway.
