‘Underdog’ membership in Norwich voted Europe’s highest dance venue

The landlord of an “underdog” nightclub stated he was once “misplaced for phrases” after it scooped a world award.

Gonzo’s Two Room, a small membership in Norwich town centre, received the Best possible Venue (UK and Europe) class on the BBC Radio 1 Dance Awards.

Opponents for the coveted name, selected by way of a public vote, incorporated “mega golf equipment” in Ibiza, London and Manchester.

“To win it’s bizarre, surreal, humbling, and wonderful. I’m a bit of bit misplaced for phrases,” stated proprietor Mike Baxter.

“I believe what’s other about us is we’ve got artists come and we deal with them like common other people and produce them into our house.

“I believe we display the arena, and all of those mega golf equipment with massive numbers, that the Norwich neighborhood can do so much after they come in combination on it, and that’s wonderful,” he added.
