Passengers on an American Airways flight have been evacuated onto the tarmac of a Colorado airport as a fireplace broke out at the aircraft, sending smoke billowing into the air.
No accidents have been reported within the incident.
Photos of the evacuation on-line confirmed passengers huddled at the wing of the industrial airliner, some retaining baggage, with flames burning close to the ground of the aircraft.
America Federal Aviation Management (FAA) mentioned passengers used inflatable slides to achieve the bottom safely. The company mentioned it could examine the reason for the incident.
