Royal Mail has introduced a suite of particular stamps to have a good time award-winning sitcom The Vicar of Dibley.

The principle set of 8 stamps contains pictures of well-known scenes from the sequence, whilst an additional 4 stamps display a Dibley Parish Council assembly.

The sitcom, which ran for 3 sequence at the BBC from November 1994 to January 2007, gained a lot of awards.

Paul Mayhew-Archer, who co-wrote the programme along Richard Curtis, stated it was once “very thrilling information and an excellent honour”.
