France’s President Emmanuel Macron welcomed Ecu leaders on the Elysee Palace in Paris on Monday for an emergency summit at the conflict in Ukraine.
Peace talks on finishing the conflict are set to happen in Saudi Arabia between the United States and Russia, and Russian International Minister Sergei Lavrov mentioned there was once no position for Europe in any peace talks.
